Remarks

This event currently only accepts the following three sponsorship methods:

  1. Check Payment

  2. Bank transfer

  3. Cash payment (official receipt will be issued on site)

Payment process and precautions

1. Check Sponsorship

  • Check should be made payable to Hong Kong Council of Buddhist Societies, Ltd., 

  • and mailed to

      • Pu xian Hall

      • 2/F, 175-191 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong

      • Recipient: "HKBGBA Secretariat"

  • Envelope marking:

    • Please write "Sangha Offering" on the cover of the envelope

    • Return address required: Please provide your return address to facilitate the sending of duty-free receipts.

  • Subsequent procedures:

    • Please take photos of both sides of the cheque and write "Sponsor's Name" on it and email it to info@hkbgba.com.

    • Subject: "Cheque Sponsorship - [Your Name] - [Donation]"

    • Please include the "Name of Donor," "Contact Phone Number," and "Return Address" in the email.

    • Important: This step is used to issue a tax-deductible  receipt, so please provide complete information.

2. Bank transfer

  • Account Information:

    • Bank Name: HSBC Hong Kong

    • Full Account Name: Hong Kong Council of Buddhist Societies, Ltd.

    • Account: 848-070439-838

    • Or, FPS ID: 121328686

  • Subsequent procedures:

    • After the transfer is completed, please email the transaction screenshot/receipt to: info@hkbgba.com

    • Subject: "Transfer sponsorship - [your name] - [Sangha Offering]"

    • Please include the "Name of Donor", "Contact Phone Number" and "Return Address" in the email.

    • Important: This step is used to issue a tax-deductible receipt, so please provide complete information.

3. Cash payment
